HOLMES -- Kyle David and Annamarie Holmes, Fort Scott, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Ava Rose Holmes.

Ava was born at 4:07 a.m., Friday, March 26, 2010 at Mercy Health Center in Fort Scott.

She weighed 6 pounds at birth.

Maternal grandparents are Celia Katosh, Kansas City, Mo., and the late Francis Katosh.

Maternal great-grandparents are the late Juan and Luisa Salazar and the late Joseph and Anna Katosh, all formerly of Kansas City, Kan.

Paternal grandparents are Charles and Kristy Holmes, Fort Scott, and Deborah Button, Fort Scott.

Paternal great-grandparents are Ralph and Charlotte Button, Fort Scott and the late Rosemary Button and the late Joyce Singmaster, both formerly of Fort Scott.
