Donald Thomas Endicott, age 73, of Arcadia, passed away Saturday, May 19, 2007, at his home. He was born October 27, 1933 in Fort Scott, the son of Thomas Monroe and Minnie Idella (Fisk) Endicott. He married Georgia Clydine Newman in Miami, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death December 4, 1999. He moved to the Arcadia area around 1988, after living in Girard for three years. He has lived and farmed most of his life in Bourbon and Crawford Counties.

Donald is survived by two daughters, Dawn Schlessman of Wheaton, Missouri, and LaDon Byrd of Ebro, Florida; two sons, Kenneth "Rusty" Endicott of Liberal, Missouri, and Stephen Marksbury of Kansas City; a sister, Bessie Caldwell of Miami, Oklahoma; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, and several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren. In addition to his wife Georgia, he was preceded in death by his parents; four sisters, Mable Wiggans, Lucille Dawson, Donna McReynolds, and Beulah Mayberry; and a brother, Martin Endicott.

Funeral services for Donald will be 10 a.m. Wednesday May 23, 200,7 at the Konantz-Cheney Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 22, 2007, from 6-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
