JERRY COONROD

Funeral services for Jerry Coonrod, 83, Lawrence, will be 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 7, 2012, at First United Methodist Church, Lawrence. Burial will be in Fort Scott National Cemetery at 2:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7. He died Dec. 1 at his home in Lawrence.

Jerry was born March 3, 1929, in Fort Scott, Kan., the son of John and Hattie (Dearing) Coonrod.

He married Barbara Thornbrugh, March 9, 1950 in Fort Scott. She survives of the home.
