Rebecca Ann "Becky" Dillon, 59, died at 9:41 a.m. on Sunday, July 18, 2010, in the Jane Phillips Medical Center.

Rebecca was born Oct. 22, 1950, at Fort Scott, Kan.;, to parents William C. "Bill" and Elizabeth S. (Shannon) Doenges.

She was raised in Bartlesville and completed her education in Fort Scott, Kan., and Bartlesville, Okla. Becky attended Fort Scott Christian School where she graduated high school in 1968.

She was married to Joseph Hanks "Joe" Dillon on Oct. 25, 1968, at Dewey, Okla., and they have made their home in the Bartlesville and Dewey area since that time.

Becky has been the C.E.O. and president of Doenges Ranch Inc. for three years and has lived on the ranch for over 30 years.

She was a member of the Bartlesville Church of God where she served as the song leader.

Becky was a member of the Washington County Cattle Women, the Washington County Historical Society, the Dewey Civic Association, she was the Madam Naughty Nelle at Prairie Song; from 1983 to 1995 owned and operated the CDC Child Development Center, a foster parent for 10 years (and has adopted several children), Co-owner of Lil' Buckaroos Preschool and Daycare and collected dolls.

Becky prepared lunch for her entire family every Sunday. If someone didn't show up, they received a phone call. She also enjoyed reading and family vacations.

Survivors include: her husband of 41 years, Joe Dillon, of the family home in rural Dewey, Okla.; five sons: Bobby Dillon and his wife Jamie, of rural Dewey; Tony Overcashier and his wife LaRae, of Guymon; Scott Dillon and his wife Rhonda of Copan; Patrick Dillon and his wife Carrie of Rural Bartlesville; and Joey Dillon of the home; four daughters Kaisha Armstrong and her husband Gary of Dewey, LaDonna Owen and her husband Richard of Bartlesville, Erika Jo Dillon and Rebecca Rae Dillon both of the home; three brothers William S. "Bill" Doenges and Robert S. "Bob" Doenges of Tulsa and James D. "Buddy" Doenges of Bartlesville; one sister Kathy Miles of Fort Scott, Kan.; 16 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; her extended family James and Cheryl Egan and Judy Ferrell.

Becky was preceded in death by her parents; her grandson Trenton Dean Dillon and close friend April Wheat.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday in Dewey at the First Church of God with Rev. Ross Atkins and Rev. Danny Workman officiating. Interment will be in the Dewey Cemetery under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory. The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

A memorial has been established and those who wish to make a contribution in memory of Becky may do so to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105-1942.
