3 earn 'Hound of the Week honors

The Fort Scott Community College football coaching staff has announced its picks for 'Hounds of the Week following a 37-20 victory over Coffeyville last Saturday.

Running back Jasmin Hopkins was chosen Offensive Player of the Week for his 220-yard, 3-touchdown performance. Defensive end Zacharia Bowers was picked for defensive honors as he made 2 tackles for a loss and had 2 1/2 sacks. Luke Halsey was the special teams player for his two field goals in the first quarter .
