Regina M. Lobaugh, 82, Kansas City, Mo., formerly of Milo, Mo., passed from this life on June 26, 2008, at North Kansas City Hospital. She was born June 22, 1926, in Kansas City, Kan., to Richard Charles Timbreck and Floy K. Keener Timbreck. She married Charles "Chuck" Lobaugh on June 3, 1944, in Benton, Ark. He preceded her in death on Oct. 8, 1989.

Regina grew up in Kansas City, Kan., and went to school there. She and her husband lived off and on in Milo and Kansas City from 1963 to 1981. Following her husband Charles' retirement in 1981, they resided permanently in Milo. She had been a very active member in both the Milo Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School, and the Tower View Baptist Church, in Kansas City. She returned to Kansas City five years ago to be near her daughter.

Survivors include two daughters, Dona Diane Taylor, Birmingham, Ala., and Debra Jean Boles, of Kansas City, Mo.; four grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Lobaugh, in 1989; one son, Charles "Spooky" Lobaugh, in 1952, and one brother, Herbert F. Timbreck.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., on Monday, June 30, at Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada. Interment will follow in Milo Cemetery, Milo. Friends may call now and until the hour of service and the family receives friends 1 to 2 p.m. Monday prior to the service at the funeral home.
