UHS class of 1965 reunion

The Uniontown High School Class of 1965 held a reunion on Saturday, April 5, 2008, at the Kaiser Lake near Mapleton. A carry in lunch was enjoyed, along with brats and hot dogs cooked over the fire pit. The event was planned in honor of Larry and Kathie Hayden, Port Angeles, Wash. who were visiting in the area, and had not been back to Bourbon County for several years. The day was spent visiting and catching up with each other after 43 years.

Those attending were: Alan and Billie Jo Drake and Jim and Mary McKinnis, Fort Scott; L.D. and Cynthia Poyner Feagins, Redfield; Jim Harper, Pittsburg; Kenneth and Patricia Geiger Ramsey, Joplin; Larry and Kathie Hayden, Port Angeles, Wash.; and Herschel and Carol George, George and Mary Russell Wilkinson, John and Bonnie George, and Lynne Oharah, all of Uniontown.
