The Bourbon County Arts Council 27th Annual Fine Arts Exhibit and Sale got underway Thursday at the Danny and Willa Ellis Family Fine Arts Center on the Fort Scott Community College campus. The public was invited to an artists' reception Thursday evening, when Cathleen Gordon, juror, met with artists and discussed winning exhibits.

The show continues from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. today.
