Arrest made, charges filed in February shooting incident

An arrest has been made in connection with an alleged shooting incident that took place Feb. 9 at a local residence.

Shawn Thomas Keating, 38, was arrested at 2:02 p.m. Tuesday by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office for his alleged involvement in a shooting at the 1100 block of East Oak St.
