ONLINE ONLY: Time change for 1st game of FSCC baseball playoff series

Fort Scott Community College's baseball team announced via its Twitter feed Thursday afternoon that the start time of game one of its Region VI Tournament first-round playoff series with Seward County will be moved back two hours Friday. First pitch is now set for 3 p.m. at Lions Field.

The Greyhounds (41-13) are the No. 3 seed in the tournament while Seward County (27-28) is the 14th seed.

Game two of the series will begin at 1 p.m. on Saturday. The third game, if it's needed, will start at 1 p.m. on Sunday.
