Creating a Candy Cane Lane

Local youth help Bob Lemons paint candy canes to be displayed in neighbors’ yards along a block of Burke Street. Lemons, who lives at 10th and Burke streets, cut the wood candy canes and directed the children in painting them white. Lemons then finished the decorations by painting the red stripes and displaying them in residents’ yards.

Local youth helped Bob Lemons paint candy canes to be displayed in neighbors’ yards along a block of Burke Street. Lemons, who lives at 10th and Burke streets, cut the wood candy canes and directed the children in painting them white. Lemons then finished the decorations by painting the red stripes and displaying them in residents’ yards.
