Three picked by SEK soccer coaches

Three Fort Scott High School players were placed on the Second Team as coaches voted on the All-Southeast Kansas League soccer team earlier this week.

Fort Scott, 3-14 this season, saw Micah Self, Tanner Fox and goalkeeper Brett Pickert named to the Second Team.

League champion Pittsburg had five First Team pics and seven overall. Independence and Coffeyville each saw three chosen for both the First and Second teams.

FIRST TEAM

Coffeyville: Kevin McDaniel, Jeff Solis, Jose Villanueva

Independence: Zack Schroeder, Drew Pastdernak, John Gray.

Pittsburg: Johnny Avalos, Trevin Jameson, Kevin Granadeno, David Garcia, Carlos Calderon.

SECOND TEAM

Coffeyville: Adrian Perez, Nick Porter, Easton Dougan.

Fort Scott: Micah Self, Brett Pickert, Tanner Fox.

Independence: Carlos Ventura, Garrett Smith, Sam Hilger.

Pittsburg: Guamro Rodriguez, Adan Hernandez.
