Cole Austin Fortman, age 34, Pleasanton, Kan., passed away on Friday, April 22, 2016 at the University of Kansas Medical Center.

Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at the Pleasanton First Baptist Church. Burial in the Pleasanton Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, Pleasanton Chapel. The family suggests contributions to the Cole Fortman Memorial Fund.
