The event began Friday evening with discussions on for entrepreneurs and continued Saturday with workshops and discussions led by a variety of artists and authors. The intent of the weekend was to showcase Fort Scott as a destination for artists and authors and demonstrating how art and business can be combined. The festival concluded with a finale reception with artists and authors whose work was available to purchase. The number of people who attended the festival was undetermined as of Monday.
