Feb. 20 Arrest Report

Devin Westley Sharp, 22 year-old male, Fort Scott, was arrested on 2/17/13 at 10:52 a.m. by Fort Scott Police Department for a Douglas County Warrant for failure to appear and an Kansas Department of Corrections warrant for parole violation and is still being held at this time.

Trista Lynne Banwart-Miller, 38 year-old female, Fort Scott, was arrested on 2/15/13 at 10:22 p.m. by FSPD for domestic battery and is still being held at this time.

Charles Barry Viau, 18 year-old male, Pittsburg, was arrested on 2/17/13 at 5 p.m. by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office for possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon times two and aggravated weapons violation and is still being held at this time.

Charles Lee Kerby, 32 year-old male, Mindenmines, Mo. was arrested on 2/15/13 at 11:15 p.m. by Kansas Highway Patrol for driving under the influence, driving while suspended, no tag or illegal display of tag, liability insurance coverage required and a Benton County warrant for failure to appear and is still being held at this time.

Christopher Tarrance Harvey, 42 year-old male, Fort Scott, turned in on 2/15/13 at 5 p.m. to serve a sanction and was released on 2/18/13 at 12:13 a.m.

Penny Sue Huff, 44 year-old female, Fort Scott, was arrested on 2/16/13 at 1:11 a.m. by BCSO for driving under the influence, transporting an open container, liability insurance coverage required, refusal to submit to preliminary breath test, driving while suspended and was released on 2/18/13 at 1:51 a.m. on nothing filed within 48 hours.
