Delaina Margaret Walters, 18, Prescott, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Jan. 28 at 8:12 p.m. on a Linn County warrant for violation of protective order. She posted a $10,000 bond and was released at 10:08 p.m.
