David Lee Ransier, 52, Pleasanton, was arrested at 1:23 a.m. Saturday by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office for DUI, transporting an open container, possession of hallucinogenic drugs and trafficking in contraband into a correctional facility. He is still being held at this time with no bond.

Kenneth Martin Sivits, 46, Maxwell, Neb., was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department at 11:13 p.m. Friday for DUI. He posted a $2,500 bond and was released at 12:57 p.m. Saturday.
