Kevin Leon Anthony Higgins

April Higgins and siblings Elizabeth Higgins and Kylie Higgins, Fort Scott, are proud to announce the birth of their son and brother, Kevin Leon Anthony Higgins, at 1:03 p.m. Monday, Nov. 19, 2012, at Mercy Hospital Fort Scott.

Kevin weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces at birth.

Maternal grandparents are Kevin Boatright and Wanda Boatright, Kansas City, Kan. Maternal great-grandparents are Carl and Barbara Ann Slaughter and Mary Boatright and John Ratcliff.
