Ministerial Alliance hosts Thanksgiving service

The Fort Scott Area Ministerial Alliance invites residents and their families to attend its annual Thanksgiving Service at 7 p.m. Nov. 20.

"A Service of Celebration in Joy and Thanksgiving" will be held at Parkway Church of God (Holiness), 1111 State St., Fort Scott. This year, worshippers are asked to bring an offering in support of Mother to Mother Ministries. Prelude music begins at 6:40 p.m.
