Law enforcement reports

Jacqueline Dayle Smith, 25, Fort Scott, was arrested at 3:57 p.m. Oct. 15 by the Fort Scott Police Department for driving while suspended and released the same day at 8:01 on a $1,250 bond.

James Dewayne Fountain Jr., 20, Pittsburg, was arrested at 1 p.m. Oct. 11 by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on a Bourbon County warrant for domestic battery and is still being held at this time.

Correction: Shane Andrew Aerts Jr., 18, Fort Scott, was arrested for probation violation. Information on this arrest in the Tribune was incorrect. The Tribune regrets the error.
