Matthew and Shawna Cooper, and siblings Jonathan Karleskint, Jordan Karleskint, Savannah Karleskint, Luke Karleskint, Logan Cooper, Lucas Cooper, and Lakin Cooper, Fort Scott, are pleased to announce the birth of their son and brother, Shayne Levi Cooper, at 12:12 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2012, at Mercy Hospital Fort Scott.

Shayne weighed 8 pounds, 3 1/2 ounces at birth.

Maternal grandparents are Marvin Buller, Nevada, Mo., and Kathy Buller, Fort Scott.

Paternal grandparents are Wayne and Eva Cooper, Semmes, Ala.
