Once again the volunteers of Uniontown came together to show its "Hometown Pride." The 107th Old Settlers Celebration was a huge success, thanks to all the volunteers who came together to put on this event.

Saturday began with many watching the erecting of the circus tent before going to the fishing derby. Even with the showers, there were 13 kids entered in the derby.

Culpepper and Merriweather Circus shows were enjoyed in the afternoon.

Saturday evening was the Texas Hold 'Em Tournament to benefit the All American Cheerleaders and the Uniontown Saddle Club's 26th Annual Ranch Rodeo. The evening was capped off with a Teen Dance hosted by Daniel and Patty Johns.

The Community Church Service in the park, hosted by Uniontown First Missionary Baptist Church, kicked off events on Sunday and was followed by a hog roast sponsored by the Uniontown Walkers Relay for Life team. The Dice Run was sponsored by Uniontown High School Senior Class. That evening brought gospel music by Robert and Cheri Bruner and Holy Cow and the Uniontown Saddle Club's Youth Rodeo.

Monday dawned bright and warm with the horseshoe pitching contest and baby contest taking place in the park followed by the parade with Laura Graham as Grand Marshal.
