Dustin Joseph Belcher, 30, Fort Scott, was arrested at 8:05 a.m. Friday by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on five Bourbon County warrants for possession of opiates, possession of stolen property, five counts of theft, burglary, criminal damage to property, possession of drug paraphernalia, and is still being held at this time.

Chance Kyle Weston Slaughter, 23, Frontenac, was arrested at 2:06 p.m. Friday by court services to serve a 48-hour sanction and was released at 2:46 p.m. Sunday.

John Edward Segabart, 65, Hepler, was arrested at 9:32 p.m. Saturday by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office for driving under the influence and was released at 12:15 a.m. Sunday on a $1,000 bond.

Jedadiah Ryan Watson, 31, Fort Scott, was arrested at 4:04 a.m. Saturday by the Fort Scott Police Department for domestic battery and was released at 7:29 a.m. Monday for nothing filed.

Gary Allen Shortsleeve Jr., 31, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on a Bourbon County warrant for nonsupport of a child and is still being held at this time.

Brianna Marie Nowak, 25, Fort Scott, was arrested at 5:05 p.m. Friday by the Fort Scott Police Department for disorderly conduct and is still being held at this time.

Jeremy Zane Willey, 32, Columbus, Kan., was arrested at 3:10 p.m. Friday by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on a Bourbon County warrant for possession of opiates and is still being held at this time.

Richard Dean Vanatta, 58, Iola, was arrested Friday by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on a Bourbon County warrant for possession of opiates/opium or narcotic drugs, possession of hallucinogenic drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia and is still being held at this time.

Daniel Todd Ornstein, 47, Fort Scott, was arrested at 9:29 a.m. Saturday by the Fort Scott Police Department on a Bourbon County warrant for driving while suspended and is still being held at this time.

Misty Louise Smith, 36, Fort Scott, was arrested at 6:24 p.m. Thursday by the Fort Scott Police Department on a Bourbon County warrant for possession of a simulated controlled substance and is still being held at this time.
