David Gene Marez, 42, Fort Scott, was arrested at 7:56 p.m. Monday by the Fort Scott Police Department for driving while suspended. He was released Monday at 10:13 p.m. on a $1,250 bond.

Desiree Maria Beerbower, 29, Fort Scott, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. by the Fort Scott Police Department for domestic battery, battery against a law enforcement officer and disorderly conduct. She is still being held at this time.
