Joe and Shirley White attended the "walk in" for the Fort Scott High School prom Saturday evening. Their grandson, David Goff, participated in it.
Mary Jo and Robby Clements, Willard and Kathy and Ron Higgins, Tulsa, visited and had Mother's Day dinner with their mother, Buena Karleskint. Sue and Jerry Mildfelt joined El Charro for lunch.
Ronette and Linda Center and Kelsie Jo Collins attended the ladies fellowship, held May 4 at the Grace Baptist Tabernacle.
The theme for the fellowship was carried out in the menu, which was appetizers and deserts that the ladies supplied.
Several ladies shared personal experiences of the first or last time they did something. It was very enlightening to say the least, and everyone seemed to enjoy the evening. The decorations were brightly colored fresh flowers. Different colored candies were laid out in the center of each table.
Janet and Mike Keefer, Ray and Carol Carter, all of Lenexa, visited and had dinner with their mother, Estalee Simpson, on Mother's Day. Joining them for dinner were Estalee's brother and sister, Kathyrn Morrison and Kenneth Keeney.
Ron and Linda Center joined others at a cookout at the home of Brian and Brandy Rhoades in honor of their son Caleb's 12th birthday.
Dave and Sheila Blubaugh, Dale and Patty Smilie, Ethan and Amanda Smilie, Helen and Ben traveled to Dallas, Texas, over the weekend. Kip Smilie met them here. They all attend the University of Dallas graduation ceremony where Ethan received his doctorate.

Scott, Kacy and Linda Center, June Hereford and Kelsie Jo Collins traveled to Pittsburg Thursday, May 10, and enjoyed shopping and eating lunch.
