Shelby Denise Brown, 19, Fulton, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department at 12:43 a.m. Friday on a warrant out of Vernon County and DUI. She is still being held at this time with no bond.

Jeffrey Wayne Gourd, 34, Shawnee, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department at 12:27 a.m. Friday on a Bourbon County bench warrant for violation of a protection order. He is still being held at this time with no bond.

Brianna Marie Nowak, 24, Carthage, Mo., was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department at 11:16 p.m. Thursday on a Bourbon County bench warrant for pedestrian under the influence. She is still being held at this time with no bond.

Latisha Ann Butler, 30, Garland, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office at 7:46 p.m. Thursday for domestic battery. She is still being held at this time with no bond.

Brandon Ray Willis, 27, Fort Scott, was arrested at 8:13 a.m. Tuesday, May 8, for driving while suspended, no registration and failure to carry liability insurance. He was released at 8:30 a.m. Thursday for nothing filed.

Clinton Curtis Holt, 28, Fort Scott, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. Sunday by the Fort Scott Police Department for DUI, transporting an open container, possession of hallucinogenic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. He posted a $3,750 bond at 4:15 a.m. Sunday and was released.

Marl Lynn McDaniel, 45, Uniontown, was arrested at 2:31 p.m. Friday by the Fort Scott Police Department on two warrants from another agency. He posted a cash bond of $1,250 and was later released at 4:06 p.m. the same day.

James Earl Harclerode, 41, Bronson, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office at 5:16 p.m. Friday for domestic battery. He was released at 5:56 p.m. Sunday with nothing filed.

Aaron Douglas Cooney, 20, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department at 9:42 p.m. Sunday on a Bourbon County bench warrant for purchase or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor. He is still being held at this time with a bond of $1,500.

Joshua James Allen Weisenbach, 31, Deerfield, Mo., was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office at 5:13 p.m. Sunday on a Bourbon County warrant for possession of opiates. He is still being held at this time with no bond.

Billy Wayne Kittler, 43, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department at 2:34 p.m. Sunday for criminal trespass and theft. He is still being held at this time with a bond of $1,750.

Shannon Leeviy Price, 32, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department at 6:19 a.m. Sunday for domestic battery, criminal restraint, aggravated battery and criminal possession of a firearm by a felon. He is still being held at this time with no bond.

Victor Boonthawesab, 26, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department at 3:32 p.m. Friday on a Bourbon County warrant. He is still being held at this time with no bond.

Zachary Taylor Mcmaster, 18, Manhattan, Kan., was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office at 3:48 p.m. Friday for probation violation. He is still being held at this time with no bond.
