When: Friday at 2 p.m. and Saturday at 11 a.m.
Where: Fort Scott High School gymnasium.
What: Fort Scott is the host school for the Class 4A Regional Wrestling Tournament. Fifteen schools will bring wrestlers to compete for berths in the Class 4A State Tournament, which will held at Salina's Bicentennial Center Feb. 24-25.
Who: In addition to the host Tigers, Anderson County, Chanute, Coffeyville, Columbus, Independence, Iola, Labette County, Louisburg, Osawatomie, Ottawa, Paola, Parsons, Pittsburg and Prairie View have been assigned to this Regional.
Schedule: The first round of competition begins Friday afternoon at 2 p.m. The championship bracket quarterfinals are set for 5 p.m. First-round consolation matches are scheduled for 6:30 p.m. with championship semifinals to begin at approximately 7:30. Saturday, the consolation cross-bracketing round will begin at 11 a.m. followed by consolation quarterfinals at 1 p.m., consolation semifinals at 3 p.m. and consolation finals (third-place matches) at 5 p.m. The championship finals will begin at 6:30. The top four placers (consolation finalists and championship finalists) advance to the State Tournament.
Admission: Friday -- $5 for students (K-12) and $6 for adults. Saturday -- $6 for Students and $8 for adults. Prices are set by the Kansas State High School Activities Association.
