Rachel Mincks, Amoret, Mo., and sibling Abigail Mincks are pleased to announce the birth of their son and brother Braxton Ray Allen Mincks on Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2012, at 11:31 a.m. at Mercy Health Center, Fort Scott, Kan. Braxton weighed 7 pounds. Maternal grandparents are Alice Miller, Amoret, Mo., and Chuck Mincks, Prescott, Kan.
