Kevin Jay Williams, 51, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday for DUI, driving while revoked, and refusal to submit a breath test. He was released at 6:46 a.m. Monday for time served.

Kimberly Ferrel Broyles, 26, Blue Mound, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office at 3:30 p.m. Monday for probation violation. She is still being held at this time.
