Kelli Lawrence and Jacob Frayer, Pittsburg, are pleased to announce the birth of their son Brian Taliesin Frayer on Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2011, at 7:21 p.m. at Mercy Health Center, Fort Scott, Kan. Brian weighed 7 pounds, 3.5 ounces.

Maternal grandparents are Dana and Jimmy Pryor, Mulberry, Kan.

Paternal grandparents are Lisa and Ken Frayer, Mindenmines, Mo.
