Shannon and Kyle Hathaway, Fort Scott, and sibling Kaelynn are pleased to announce the birth of their son and brother David Blaine Hathaway on Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2011, at 8:07 a.m. at Mercy Health Center, Fort Scott, Kan. David weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces.

Maternal grandparents are Liz and Randy Valentine, Fort Scott. Paternal grandparents are Brenda and David Hathaway, Fort Scott.
