HARPER BRIN NEWELL

Brooke Leigh Newell, Fort Scott, is pleased to announce the birth of her daughter Harper Brin Newell on Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2011, at 12:44 p.m. at Mercy Health Center, Fort Scott, Kan. Harper weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces.

Maternal grandparents are Tammi and Billy Newell, Fort Scott.

Great-grandparents are Shirley and Lowell Hixon, Palco, Kan., and Joyce and Harold Newell, Damar, Kan.
