He married Caroldene Lorene Albert on Feb. 15, 1955, in Miami, Okla. She preceded him in death on Nov. 3, 2005.
He retired from the Kansas Army Ammunitions Plant in Parsons, Kan., where he worked in boiler maintenance. In earlier years, Jack enjoyed woodworking and gardening. More recently he loved playing bingo while a resident at Guest Home Estates.
Survivors include one daughter, Debbie Endicott, Fort Scott; a daughter-in-law, Barbara Lovelady, Olathe, Kan.; two sisters, Jane Williams, Lampe, Mo., and Jean Gilbert, San Benito, Texas; three grandchildren, Alycia Endicott, Kyle Lovelady and wife Jessica, and Kelsey Lovelady; and one great-grandson, Grant Lovelady.
Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a son, Mike Lovelady, a son-in-law, Robert Endicott; and seven brothers and sisters, as well as his parents.
Rev. Kevin Moyers will conduct funeral services at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, in the Cheney Witt Chapel. Burial will follow in the U. S. National Cemetery. Military honors will be provided by the Olson Frary Burkhart Post No. 1165 V. F. W.
