Dear Editor:

The first Annual Christmas in the Park/TCC Golf Tournament was held on Saturday,Sept. 10, at the Woodland Hills Golf

Course in Fort Scott. This event provided entertainment for all, as well as allowing the Gunn Park Committee the opportunity to obtain proceeds to use toward the annual

"Christmas in the Park" event, held on Dec. 3.

The success of this year's tournament was driven by the many businesses, sponsors and volunteers that took part.

The Gunn Park Committee would like to recognize these entities and individuals for their involvement and to express our sincere appreciation.
