Brandi Marie Mastin and William Robert Franklin and sibling Christiphor Lee Franklin, Fort Scott, are pleased to announce the birth of their son and brother Cory Robert Franklin on Sunday, July 17, 2011, at 5:05 p.m. at Mercy Health Center, Fort Scott. Cory weighed 7 pounds.

Maternal grandparents are Rebecca Conway, Fort Scott and James Mastin, San Antonio, Texas.

Paternal grandparents are Rebecca and Rusty Franklin, Fort Scott.
