Katherine and Dr. Lucas Cosens, Fort Scott, are pleased to announce the birth of their son Lucas Brent Cosens Jr. on Monday, June 27, 2011, at 7:42 p.m. at Mercy Health Center, Fort Scott. Lucas weighed 9 pounds, 4 ounces.

Maternal grandparents are Ruby and George McCullom, Raymore, Mo.

Paternal grandparents are Susanne DeMott, Fort Scott, and Brent Cosens, Pittsburg, Kan.
