He was born March 28, 1922, in Pittsburg, Kan., the son of Peter Kelly and Gladys Burnett Kelly. He owned and operated with his brother, Kelly Brothers Used Cars in Girard.
Survivors include a niece, Evangeline Hart, Garland, Kan.; five great nephews and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by a twin brother, Allyn Kelly and a sister, Patricia Kelly, as well as his parents.
Rev. Dr. Dale Cummins will conduct graveside services at 3 p.m. Tuesday, May 24, in the Union Center Cemetery near Girard.
Cemetery directions from the Arma Bypass are go to 630th Avenue west four miles to 180th Street. The cemetery will be on the northeast corner.
The cremated remains of his father, Peter Kelly, will be interred at the same ceremony.
