Law enforcement reports

Ryan Mitchell Swink, 24, 504 Sherman, Uniontown, Kan., was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Feb. 12 at 2:24 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant and released on $1,500 bond the same day.

James Edward Sams, 56, 723 E. National, Fort Scott was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department at 7 p.m. for pedestrian under the influence and released the same day on a $250 bond.

Julia Ann Roberts, 36, 938 80th St., Uniontown, Kan., was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Feb. 11 at 3:05 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant and released the same day on a $524.41 bond.

David Allen Webb, 42, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Feb. 13 at 4:28 p.m. for obstructing legal process, disorderly conduct, attempted possession of simulated controlled substance and possession of opiates. He is still being held at this time.
