KINLEY ELISE JACKSON

JACKSON -- Phil Jackson and Heather Dougherty, Fort Scott; and sister Lillian, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter and sister, Kinley Elise Jackson.

Kinley was born at 8:15 a.m., Jan. 18, 2011 at Mercy Health Center in Fort Scott.

She weighed 7.3 pounds at birth.

Maternal grandparents are Jodi Benz, Howell, Mich.; and Jim Dougherty, Onaway, Mich.

Paternal grandparents are Alice Jackson, Sioux, Iowa; and Keith Tipler, Madison, Wisc.
