Marie Mary Danley, 89, of Fort Scott, Kansas, died Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2011 at the Fort Scott Manor.

She was born March 1, 1921 in Mapleton, Kan., the daughter of Frank and Ethel (Flowers) Faulhaber.

She married Roy "Bill" Danley Feb. 6, 1940 in Iola, Kan. He survives of the home.

She graduated from Fulton High School in 1939.

Marie was a member of Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary as well as St. Anne's Altar society.

Survivors include her husband Bill, of the home; her daughter, Sandra Stinnett of Fort Scott; four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Joe Faulhaber; a sister, Josephine Nickelson; and son Ronnie.

Father Darrin May will conduct the Funeral Mass 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 7, 2011 at Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church with burial following at the US National Cemetery, Fort Scott, Kan.

Rosary will be 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 6, 2011 at the Konantz-Cheney Funeral Home, with visitation to follow.
