GOMEZ -- Cherokee Gomez and Vicente Gomez, Fort Scott; and siblings Alize, Zaida and Hilario, are proud to announce the birth of their son and brother, Xander Vicente Gomez.
Xander was born at 9:20 a.m., Nov. 15, 2010, at Mercy Health Center in Fort Scott.
He weighed 7 pounds, 8.5 ounces at birth.
Maternal grandparent is Donna Chaplin, Fort Scott.
Maternal great-grandparents are Doris and Everett Chaplin, Fort Scott.
Paternal grandparents are Alicia Meza, C.D. Manuel Doblado, Guanajuato, Mexico; and Vincente Reyes, C.D. Manuel Doblado, Guanjuato, Mexico.
