YOCHAM -- Shelly Yocham, Fort Scott, and siblings Christian, Caitlynn and Aidan, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter and sister, Isabella Adrianna Tate.

Isabella was born at 8:07 a.m., Nov. 9, 2010, at Mercy Health Center in Fort Scott.

She weighed 9 pounds, 4 ounces at birth.

Maternal grandparents are Wanita Tate, Fort Scott, and David Lewis, Checotah, Okla.
