MASON -- Rudy Mason and Gina Catron, Pleasanton, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Violet Marie Mason.

Violet was born at 10:07 p.m., Monday, Sept. 20, 2010 at Mercy Health Center in Fort Scott.

She weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and was 20 inches in length at birth.

Maternal grandparents are Kevin and Julie Stanton, Pleasanton.

Maternal great-grandparents are Rick and Ann Catron, Pleasanton.

Paternal grandparents are Pam Mason and Rick Sawyer, Pleasanton.
