A vehicle sits in a downpour about 40 feet off of U.S. Highway 69 just south of the Poplar Road exit after hydroplaning Wednesday morning. According to Bourbon County Undersheriff Bill Martin, the vehicle was a transport vehicle used to escort semi-trucks hauling oversized loads. Martin said there were no injuries and no significant damage was caused to the vehicle.
