Law enforcement arrest reports

Dikeman, Don Howard, 56, 2403 Poplar, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on March 1, 2010 at 9:06 a.m. on a Bourbon County warrant. He was released the same day at 12:20 p.m. per Judge.

Beck, John Vincent, 28, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on March 1, 2010 at 1:37 p.m. for aggravated burglary and theft. He is still being held at this time.

Silva, Kathleen Marrie, 41, 317 S. Main, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department March 1, 2010 at 4:53 p.m. on multiple Bourbon County warrants. She was released on March 2 on bond.

LaPiere, David Loren, 41, 1214 S. National, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on March 2, 2010 at 11:45 a.m. for driving while suspended and expired tags and was released on the same day at 12:50 p.m. on a $1500 bond.

Swink, Ryan Mitchell, 23, 402 Main, Bronson, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on March 2, 2010 at 1:54 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant and was released the same day at 3:01 p.m. on a $1,000 bond.

Harvey, Christopher Terrance, 39, 1002 S. National, Apt. No. 5, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on March 3, 2010 at 4:07 a.m. for possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended and is still being held at this time.

Keedy, Autumn Rene, 20, 511 Holbrook, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on March 3, 2010 at 2:03 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant and was released the same day at 11:27 p.m. on a $5,000 bond.

Curls, Foster Anthony, 28, 817 Emmert, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on March 3, 2010 at 10:33 a.m. on a Bourbon County warrant and is still being held at this time.
