Law enforcement arrest reports

Marez, David Gene, 40, 523 S. Heylman, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Feb. 22, 2010 at 2:39 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant. He was released on the same day at 4:30 p.m. on a $5,000 bond.

Hartline, Jack William, 48, 10111 E. Nicholoson, Nevada, Mo., was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Feb. 22, 2010 at 2:52 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant. He is still being held at this time.

Mathers, Lisa Ann, 37, 1206 N. Elm, Apt. 1, Pittsburg, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Feb. 25, 2010 at 2:08 p.m. for theft and a Crawford County warrant and is still being held at this time.

Patterson, Heath L., 35, 210 N. Pine, Colnie, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Feb. 25, 2010 at 6:11 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant and is still being held at this time.

McDaniel, Heather Charlene, 33, 212th Street, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Feb. 24, 2010 at 7:58 p.m. for driving while suspended, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia, as well as an Oklahoma warrant. She is still being held at this time.

Johnson, Joyce, 4470 E. 2000 Road, Stockton, Mo., was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Feb. 26, 2010 at 5:53 p.m. for driving while suspended and no proof of insurance. She was released on the same day at 8:49 p.m. on a $1750 bond.

Brown, Elizabeth Danelle, 25, 6 N. 76th Street, Kansas City, Kan., was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Feb. 26, 2010 at 9:06 p.m. for no proof of insurance, driving while suspended, and illegal tag. She was released the next day at 3:01 a.m. for time served.

Lentz, Teri Lee, 40, 1211 S. National, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Feb. 26, 2010 at 10:19 p.m. for driving while suspended. She was released on the same day at 11:09 p.m. on a $1250 bond.

Tindell, Bonna June, 50, 1238 E. Wall, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Feb. 27, 2010 at 1:33 p.m. for aggravated battery and domestic battery. She is still being held at this time.

Baldwin, Cody Eldon, 22, 21 W. South Apt. No. 9, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on March 1, 2010 at 1:03 a.m. for possession of methamhetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended and no proof of insurance. He is still being held at this time.

Slaughter, Chance Kyle Weston, 204 W. 23rd, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on March 1, 2010 at 2:55 a.m. for driving under the influence and on a Linn County warrant. He is still being held at this time.
