MARGARET LOUISE NEVIUS

Margaret was born on March 14, 1939 the daughter of Hazel and Walter Homes.

She is survived by four siblings: Kelley Holmes, Fort Scott, Norman Coureton, Overland Park, Maxine Berneck, Cortez, Colo., and Carol Nichols, Parker. She is also survived by three children: Leroy Porter, Joplin, Jolene Carpenter, Rhode Island, and Kimberly Hogan, Lexington, Mo., 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers: Bob Lauden and Gene Holmes, three children: John Raymond Porter, John Henry Porter, and Russell Porter, and one grandson, Russell Porter Jr.

Margaret was cremated. There will be a private family memorial service at a later date.
