FSCC Trustees to hold special meeting Thursday

Members of the Fort Scott Community College Board of Trustees will conduct a special meeting at 9 a.m. Thursday. Trustees will be traveling to Paola to inspect a building at 25955 W. 327th for consideration as the location of a possible second facility in the FSCC Truck Driving Program. Following the inspection in Paola, the board will travel to Kansas City to view and inspect the Kansas City Truck Driving School at 820 Kansas Ave., Kansas City. Transportation will be provided to the meeting. Contact FSCC Board Clerk Juley McDaniel at (620) 223-2700 to request transportation. Trustees and other travelers will return to Fort Scott by about 2:30 p.m. Thursday. The agenda for the special meeting will also be posted on the FSCC Web site, www.fortscott.edu. No action will be taken during the special meeting.
