Local law enforcement arrest reports

Church, Adam Michael, 30, 412 N. Cedar, Redfield, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Jan. 2, 2010 at 12:37 a.m. for felony criminal damage to property. He was released on Jan. 4, 2010 at 12:37 a.m. for nothing filed.

DuVall, Shannon Renee, 27, 1118 E. Pine, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Jan. 4, 2010 on at 10:04 a.m. on a Bourbon County warrant. She was released on Jan. 4, 2010 on a $2500 bond.

Curls, Foster Anthony, 28, 423 S. National, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Jan. 4, 2010 at 2:49 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant. He is still being held at this time.

Judah, Tyler Alan, 18, 1213 Mulberry, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Jan. 5, 2010 at 3:330 a.m. for burglary, felony theft, and felony criminal damage to property. He is still being held at this time.

Herman, Catherine Rene, 49, 1075 Highway 54, Redfield, was arrested by Bourbon County Correction Office on Jan. 5, 2010 at 2:48 p.m. for a six month sentence and is still being held at this time.

Ogle, Brad David, 20, 1002 S. National, Apt. No. 8, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Jan. 6, 2010 at 12:15 p.m. on multiple Bourbon County warrants. He was released the same day at 10:46 p.m. on a $5,000 bond.

Boyd, Jessica Nicole, 26, 113 S. Barbie, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Jan. 6, 2010 at 12:37 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant. She is still being held at this time.

Sackett, Ekatherina Susan, 18, 7205 W. 1st, Wichita, Kan., was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Jan. 6, 2010 at 12:37 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant. She is still being held at this time.

Martin, Kyle Francois, 30, 2004 Holbrook, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Jan. 6, 2010 at 4:32 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant. He was released on Jan. 6, 2010 at 12:59 p.m. on a $2,500 bond.

Oakes, Michael Lee, 40, 1255 Grand Road, Fort Scott, was arrested by Kansas Highway Patrol on Jan. 7, 2010 at 8:22 p.m. for DUI and transporting an open container and was released the same day at 10 p.m. on a $1250 bond.

Depriest, Rodney Creig, 48, 405 W. Euclid, Pittsburg, Kan., was arrested by Kansas Highway Patrol on Jan. 9, 2010 at 2:46 p.m. for DUI and no liability insurance and was released on the same day at 7:15 p.m. on a $3,000 bond.

Mitchell, Virgil Leon, 30, Tonsue Cherokee Village, Ariz., was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Jan. 10, 2010 at 2:20 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant and was released the same day at 5:12 a.m. on a $2720 bond.

Cornelius, Deandre Daran, 20, 4805 E. 26th St., Kansas City, Mo., was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Jan. 15, 2010 1:10 a.m. for possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia and is still being held at this time.

Willard, Janae Dee, 28, 102 State St., Apt. 10, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Jan. 15, 2010 at 1:14 a.m. for possession of opiates with intent to deliver, possession of paraphernalia and possession of cocaine with intent to deliver and is still being held at this time.
