HOUSER -- Neil and April Houser, Fort Scott, and siblings Madison and Lillian, are proud to announce the birth of their son and brother, Andrew James Houser.

Andrew was born at 10:08 a.m., Dec. 31, 2009, at Mercy Health Center in Fort Scott.

He weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces at birth.

Maternal grandparents are Mark and Jane McKinney, Simus, Mont., and Joe and Trudy Daugherty, Fort Scott.

Paternal grandparents are Jim and Karen Houser, Fort Scott.
